210|West Gallery Talks: Hollywood and Pancho Villa

210|West Gallery Talks: Hollywood and Pancho Villa
Tuesday, March 14th, 6:30pm
Museum Lobby

Join us at 6:30pm on the second Tuesday of the month, as we explore a work of art or issue unique to the American West. 210|West holds geographical significance for the Briscoe Western Art Museum - it refers to our address, 210 West Market, and the area code of San Antonio.

Pancho Villa’s legacy has endured for decades and he remains a controversial figure: rebel, hero, outlaw…movie star? From his saddle on view at the Briscoe—once owned by a famed Hollywood director—to his contract with a film production company, learn about Villa’s surprising ties to Tinseltown.

The Museum is open late and FREE from 4:00-9:00pm every Tuesday!

This program is supported by the City of San Antonio's Department for Culture and Creative Development.
