Iconic Texas artist Bob “Daddy-O” Wade has built a decades-long career creating larger-than-life, psychedelic sculptures—including the “World’s Largest Cowboy Boots” located right here in San Antonio—and helped shape the Texas Cosmic Cowboy counterculture of the 1970s. Daddy-O discusses the creation of some of his most beloved work and the Western art and culture that has inspired him throughout his career.
